Madison area police say reckless driving continues to plague community

A Madison man is still in a coma three months after Madison police say he was struck by a car. Steven Branch, 39 was using the crosswalk at the intersection of North Sherman and Commercial avenues on July 10 when he was hit by a vehicle.
