Meet the WORST Coach in the NBA

With a horrible start to their west coast road trip, the Cavs are now .500 since making their "season saving" trades that shipped out Isaiah Thomas, Derrick Rose, and other aging veterans. After a hot start prior to the All-Star Break, Cleveland is currently looking similar to the early 2000 LeBron teams where the King literally had no help. Of course, injuries to Kevin Love and Rodney Hood are an obstacle to success, but Ty Lue has also proven he has no idea what he is doing. In my opinion, considering the talent and pieces he is able to utilize, Lue is the worst coach in the NBA today and I provide 3 reasons as to why this is the case. Let me know in the comments if you guys agree that Ty Lue is the worst coach in the NBA. Thanks for watching! This plays a factor in why they continue to suffer injuries. Besides the recurring drama, a common theme with the Cleveland Cavaliers this season is injuries. This is common, but this season, in particular, the basketball gods have shown no mercy with the Cavalier’s health. The biggest blow that injuries took to the roster was when Kevin Love was injured as the team’s center in a game against the Detroit Pistons: The main reason the team cannot stay healthy is the fact that Tyronn Lue has played players out of position this season, which result in injuries. With Love, Lue was hell-bent on starting him at center with Jae Crowder at power forward (Love’s natural position). Ever since then, it has been a flop, especially on defense, with Love as the team’s starting center. The problem is, while Love is a natural power forward, he does not have the physique to play center. But Love has been a consummate pro with the Cavaliers and never questioned Lue’s decision and just kept playing. Eventually, the toll of Love playing center ran its course and played a part in why he broke his hand. Now, the team’s All-Star forward is out until nearly the playoffs and have struggled without his offense. A source in Cleveland’s front office told Wojnarowski, “We are not firing our head coach.” Instead, they will look to improve the team before the Feb. 8 NBA trade deadline. It wouldn’t be unheard of for Cleveland to fire its head coach midway through the season. After all, the Cavaliers fired David Blatt with a 30-11 record two years ago, the best record by a head coach ever to be fired mid-season. But the statement at least proves Cleveland isn’t placing all the blame on its head coach just yet. After all, the Cavaliers have the oldest roster in the NBA, and as the league gets younger and more athletic, Cleveland just hasn’t been able to keep up."
