This muscle group is often neglected in training since everyone is always focused on the large thigh muscles like the glutes and the quads. I'm here to tell you that you can build up this muscle group just like any other body part as long as you provide it with the right exercises and the proper stimulus to create growth. Not only will this improve your strength with all other functional exercises but it will also create a nice shape in the lower legs. In this video I'll share with you the most common mistakes people make with current calf exercises and share with you my favorite methods to building rock solid calf muscles.
