Cool ABC Hydraulic Elevator - Central Office Building - Highland Park, IL

[Recorded December 2023] This is a very nicely maintained oldie in a very retro office building! I love the wood paneling everywhere throughout the halls. This is a neat ABC elevator with non-illuminating square CJ Anderson fixtures that I've never seen before, and the dry-powered motor sounds really nice. It also has a very simple controller that allows you to immediately reverse the car by holding down the button for the opposite floor. There were rumors that this building was supposed to be demolished, but it's still standing as of this video being uploaded.
