Learning wgpu, egui, and rapier (Day 1)

This is #1 in my series of live (Twitch) streams focused on learning wgpu, egui, and rapier. These are Rust libraries focused on low-level graphics, user interface, and physics simulation. In these streams I work on building up a program that explores various topics involving these libraries and how they integrate together.
