If your Scavenger isn't upgraded, then you have to wait until the fog is clear before you begin this strategy. I unlocked this achievement in a Solo game. I rounded up all of the zombies (the maximum number of zombies that can be on the map at once is 23), and slowly made my way to "The Flinger." You'll want to keep the group of zombies fairly close behind you. If you run too far ahead of them, some of the zombies will start to spawn ahead of you and ruin the plan. Notice how I only sprint ahead when I reach the top of the staircase that leads directly to "The Flinger." The correct timing should cause the zombies to turn around and go back the way that they came. All that's left for you to do is carefully aim your Scavenger at the center of the largest group of zombies and BOOM! 20 GamerScore.
