The Original Bill of Rights - US 101

Before we had the Bill of Rights that we're all familiar with, the document had looked much more different. This week, we'll look at the evolution of the Bill of Rights. We'll find out how many amendments James Madison originally wrote, the rewrites Congress went through, how many amendments appeared on the "final" version in 1789, why the states only ratified 10 of the 12 original amendments, and how one amendment appeared on the constitution over 200 years later.
