[Chiang Mai now] *December 17, 2025*. I wonder how much the water level of the Ping River in Chia...

Some people ask about flooding even in December. It rained in December, and I've been wondering if it would be possible to compare the water level of the Ping River during the rainy season, especially when it's at risk of flooding, with the normal or dry season water level. So, I check the Ping River at least once a month. I can't remember. ^^ I don't usually pay close attention to the Ping River, and I don't often pass by it to check, so when I try to recall what the water level was normally, I just can't remember. ^^ So, I check the water level at least once a month. I also enjoy the view of Chiang Mai from the Ping River, so I check it every now and then. These days, even in Korea, you can check the weather by searching for Chiang Mai on the default weather app installed on your phone. I also check it with the default weather app on my phone... It's pretty accurate. ^^ For the Ping River, if possible, I'll try to take a video of the water level and what it looks like once a month. It'll be a valuable reference in about a year.
