Don't Panic! Execute a 30 day plan.

In the middle of a crisis it is tempting to throw out the fundamentals of running your business and panic. Resist that temptation. Get clear on a simple action plan that will ensure your company survives over the next 30 days, and then obsessively execute that plan every day until it is completed. If the crisis lasts longer than 30 days, make adjustments and then start over with a new 30 plan when the time comes.
