The European Union has begun one of the world's largest coronavirus vaccination campaigns, aiming to protect some 450 million people. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine doses began rolling out from a factory in Belgium on Friday. Healthcare workers and care home residents in the 27-member bloc have been among the first to be inoculated.
