It's packed with calcium, good carbs, amino acids and Vitamin D 'Ragi Ladoo Recipe' : Ingredients 1 cup Ragi flour/ Nachani Pith 1/4 cup Grated Jaggery/ Gud/ Gul 4 Tbsp Ghee /Tup Cashews/Kaju for garnish In a heated pan add 3 tbsp ghee and ragi flour. Roast on low to medium flame for 7-8 minutes. Till it is fragrant. You can add 1 tbsp ghee if the flour is too dry. When roasted well, let it cool down. when cooled down, add Jaggery and mix well.
