BREAKING: Democrats Refuse to Pass Coast Guard Payment Bill

The U.S. Coast guard is the only military branch that doesn't get paid during the government shutdown because it is part of the Dept. Home Land Security. Today Republicans member attempt to bring the Coast Guard bill to a vote on the Senate floor was blocked by Democrats.
