Fair Housing: Housing Discrimination Based on Sex, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity

In 2021 Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity were added to Virginia’s protected classes and are also now treated as Sex Discrimination under the Fair Housing Act by HUD. This webinar, presented by the Fairfax County Office of Human Rights & Equity Programs and the Equal Rights Center, updates housing providers and others on these developments and provides best practices to prevent discrimination in housing based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
