Cafe Mocha Recipe: Dark Chocolate (chopped) - 30 grams Hot Water - 3 tbsp Instant Coffee - 2 tsp Salt - A Pinch Hot Milk - 1 Cup Sugar - 1 ½ tsp Cocoa Powder - For Dusting Cooking Instructions: 1. Add the dark chocolate into a cup and top it with hot water. Allow it to sit for 2 minutes. 2. Once the chocolate has started to melt, mix it. Add instant coffee and salt, and mix again. 3. Foam the milk using a beater or a milk frother. Alternatively, in a heatproof tight jar, add the milk and sugar. Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds, taking care that it doesn’t spill. 4.
