Muzzle Flare Test 1 - After Effects

Becoming insanely excited about After Effects after viewing videos and behind the scenes videos on youtube by Freddie Wong, Rommel and I got together and had a go at putting together a simple muzzle flare video. The video quality isn't the best because our studio setup consisted of an iPhone 3GS and depressing classroom fluorescent light strips. But nonetheless, I'm quite happy with the way this video turned out, especially for a very very first attempt at VFX in After Effects. This has been a Romelette / goodforyourinsides production.
