*NOTE: This is a shorter, but higher quality version of a video I uploaded recently (   • Video  )* Ottawa Hills, Ohio August 6, 1993 When Officer Mark Kolasinski tries to stop a 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass for expired tags, the teenage driver flees into an upscale residential neighborhood. He doesn't get very far though, and is soon forced off the road and arrested. As it turns out, the kid was driving his mother's car and didn't even have a driver's license at the time. Also, the car smelled like "hoochie."
