Snapper with Chilli & Cumin Butter, Open Fire Cook Up - Catch & Cook

The mini fire pit got a work out with a nice snapper catch and cook! A quick fishing trip out on the kayak Friday morning produced a nice sized fish, big enough for the whole family and in laws. After missing my chance last week not having enough light to film after work. I was super keen to get this snapper cook up going. The result you get when cooking on a real fire are always worth it, the taste is amazing and it's just fun! Hope you can get into this one as it's one of my favourite ways to cook a fish.
