Aleppo: New aerial bombing hits medical facility

An air strike has hit a second hospital in the Syrian city of Aleppo, wounding several people. Meanwhile, Russia announced a 24-hour ceasefire to begin at midnight in the capital Damascus, but in Latakia the agreement will apply in for 72 hours. On Wednesday air strikes hit a hospital in Aleppo, killing dozens of people, including medical staff and patients.
