🔰How to add a Label to UHID Location? 1️⃣st method: Using GPS location: 1. Copy the GPS location ID. 2. Open the Google maps app and Paste or type the GPS ID in the search bar. 3. Click on the 'Add label' option and type the UHID or SL NO or RRNO whichever is helps in tracking location(SL NO is better option) and click on save. 4. You can see the UHID location now with blue flag along with the label you have given. 5. If more number of UHIDs are in same building/location then add all UHIDs to already labelled UHID using 'edit label' option and type all UHIDs seperated by commas. 2️⃣nd method: Using UHID Number 1.Copy the UHID Number. 2. Open the Survey app and click on start 'new survey' and Paste or type the UHID in the UHID search bar. 3. Click on 'Search' and select UHID then click on 'Navigate'. 4. Once the location is opened in Google map click 'back' button. 5. Click on the 'Add label' option and type the UHID or SL NO or RRNO whichever is helps in tracking location(SL NO is better option) and click on save. 6. You can see the UHID location now with blue flag along with the label you have given. 7. If more number of UHIDs are in same building/location then add all UHIDs to already labelled UHID using 'edit label' option and type all UHIDs seperated by commas. 🔰How to change the colour of the labels to track Unattended, Pending and Completed UHIDs? 1. Click on any labelled UHID in the Google map 2. Click on 'save' option. 3. Select Green flag label to make UHID as completed, Select pink(heart) flag label to make UHID as pending. 4. You can also add remarks for pending UHID using 'edit label' option. 🔰How to navigate to a particular UHID from your location? 1. Click on any labelled UHID in the Google map. 2. Click on 'directions' to navigate to a particular UHID from your location 🔰How to Remove labels in the Google Map? 1. Click on any labelled UHID in the Google map you want to remove. 2. Click on the 'edit label' option. 3. Click on 'Remove'. ✅Advantages of creating your own UHID map: 1. All assigned UHIDs will be showing at a time with label. 2.
