I hope my adventures will inspire yours:) Contact me at: Email: [email protected] Mail: It's Aud, #132-328 Wale Rd, Colwood, BC V9B0J8 Canada Music: Track Title: Jolly Old St Nicholas Artist Name(s): E Jammy Jams Russian Teacake Cookies 1 dozen cookies 1/2 Cup Palm Shortening 1/4 Cup Powdered Coconut or Maple Sugar + more for rolling 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour 1/2 Cup Cassava Flour 1/2 Cup Tigernut Flour 1-3 TBS Water (as needed) 1) Cream Shortening, Sugar and vanilla together. 2) Add Flours & mix until crumbly mixture forms. 3) With hands press into round dough shape - Add Water 1 TBS at a time just until dough holds together. 4) Wrap dough ball in plastic wrap and chill for 1-3 hours. 5) Roll into 1 inch balls, coat in sugar and bake 10-12 minutes at 350F. 6) Remove when 210F internal temp and golden brown. 7) While warm roll in sugar 1 more time (2 if you want them sweeter) Allow to cool completely and enjoy:)
