Under her leadership, INDAY has expanded to multiple locations across New York, creating a cohesive and vibrant dining experience that celebrates bright and beautiful Indian-inspired cuisine. Cristina oversees strategy, operations, and people, focusing on fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Before INDAY, Cristina worked as a Management Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she partnered with nonprofits and foundations to help them scale their impact. Her work laid the foundation for her passion for mission-driven organizations and leadership development. Cristina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Brown University
