ICON Transfer Track - Blackpool Pleasure Beach

ICON opened at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in 2018 and is a Launch Coaster manufactured by Mack Rides. In this video we share footage of the transfer track on ICON, adding a train to the circuit. A transfer track is a section of extra track used to store trains on a large roller coaster when they are not needed. Due to how compact Blackpool Pleasure Beach is, Mack Rides designed a transfer track that would fit into a very tight space. As seen in this video, a large section of wall including the baggage hold completely moves to allow the park to add or remove trains from the system!
