Hydro-Blok Waterproof Shower System Unboxing and First Impressions

Waterproofing a shower can be done in many different ways but today I am unboxing and giving my first impressions of HYDRO-BLOK waterproof shower system. HYDRO-BLOK uses a closed cell XPS foam core and polymer modified cement coating on their shower pans and waterproof wall boards. This makes their shower pans and wall boards extremely ridged and 100% waterproof. It is installed used a waterproof joint sealant to join the panels together and to seal any screw penetrations in the board. Their drain fits seamlessly into their system and uses a mechanical ball seal to make the connection to your waste pipe.
