Tip 9 - FOLLOW OTHERS FOR MOTIVATION It’s a good idea to find people who you feel will motivate, encourage & uplift you on your transitioning journey, so that if you ever feel like giving up, you’ve got somewhere to go to help you stay on track. Some great places for support are; hair forums, instagram pages, articles, blogs & books (as mentioned in Tip 2) Tip 10 - TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Make sure you start out with tracking your progress. Sometimes you may get discouraged or think that you’re not making any progress, but in taking pictures you have something to refer back to, which will prove that you actually are getting somewhere.
