Path of Ailments, what do we think?

So people are up in arms again about changes in PoE (again) and I get it it's been going in many directions over the last year or 2. I for one am happy about most of the changes but I see how some of these are not creating the best of gameplay like some of the ailments and corrupting blood. I really would like to hear your thoughts on the matter!
