Rod Stewart Maggie May Classical Guitar Intro (Henry)

Here is my best attempt on the short classical guitar intro on Maggie May/Henry by English singer songwriter Rod Stewart. I must admit that I don’t really consider myself to be much of a classical guitarist nor do I have the technique of a classical guitar player to execute this one as accurately and effectively as the recording. Overall this one was very fun and challenging to learn. The challenging part for practicing and learning this piece was ensuring and making sure that the strings wouldn’t buzz or ring throughout while playing. Some of those hammer on/ pull off techniques was a bit of a challenge for me as well as that is a technique that many classical guitarists use occasionally. Overall I did my very best and I hope that this somewhat helps those of you also trying to learn this intro bit as well!
