Chelsea 'winning' race for Aguero According to Argentine outlet TyC, via 101 Great Goals, Chelsea are 'winning the arm wrestle' to sign Sergio Aguero this summer. Manchester City recently confirmed that their all-time top scorer will be leaving the club at the end of the season with his contract about to expire. And according to reports coming from Aguero's native Argentina, the Blues are looking to sign the striker in the summer. However, a number of Europe's biggest-hitting clubs have been linked with Aguero - including Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus - so competition is set to be tough. Graeme Souness thinks Liverpool have "no easy games" left in the Premier League this season as they battle with Chelsea for the top four. There's still a host of teams that have realistic ambitions of a fourth-place finish - including the Blues and the Reds - who both won this weekend. Souness, speaking on Sky Sports, thinks his former club Liverpool might have their work cut out in their remaining seven matches. “I think it can go all the way down to Everton," he said on Sky Sports. "Everton won’t be talking about Champions League places publicly, but privately they’ll be thinking they’ve got a chance with games in hand. "If you had put this graphic up (Liverpool’s fixtures) this time last year, you’d say: ‘Oh, what a great run-in for Liverpool’, but you can’t say that this time around. "They’ve shown a vulnerability which didn’t exist before this year, so I wouldn’t go out on a limb to say that’s a formality that they’ll finish in the top four with those games left. "You can say that Crystal Palace last game of the season, they’ll have nothing to play for, Burnley will be the same. West Brom, probably nothing to play for, same with Southampton. Manchester United is always a bigger game, so that’s a different one, Newcastle could need something, Leeds will have nothing to play for. So, there’s no obviously easy games there, for me.” Alan Shearer has praised Thomas Tuchel for his team selection against Crystal Palace, with three standout players also being pointed out by the pundit. The Blues beat Palace 4-1 at Selhurst Park, thanks to goals from Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic (two) and Kurt Zouma. Shearer, speaking on Match of the Day, named the three Blues stars that impressed him against the Eagles, while also lauding Tuchel's big decisions on Saturday evening. "I thought it was a very clever team selection not to play Giroud or Abraham, but instead play Havertz, Pulisic and Mount, who like to drop deep," the Newcastle United legend said. "The two big centre-forwards might have wanted to go up and scrap against the two big centre-halves [Cheikhou] Kouyate and [Gary] Cahill. "And those three were just too good for those two, because they didn't want to come out, they didn't want to go and mark one of them, because if they had, then they leave that space in behind and that caused them problems. "They created chance after chance. "Havertz, who played very well, scored one, had an assist, probably should've scored another couple of goals. As I said, it was a constant, a defender just didn't want to come out and close them down. "Pulisic gets his first goal. He [Mount] was clever in everything he did as well. "Second half it didn't change. It's all from those players dropping deep and getting the ball and, as I said, they were just too good for them.
