In this course I will go through and explain 10 short prompts, each designed to help you change your perspective to encourage imagination, or engage you in an easy creative process that will get the juices flowing so you can hop back into your creative project with a fresh imagination and restored attention. These 10 prompts which we are calling CREATIVE SPARKS, are inspired by scientific research and have been filtered through my psychology lens, as well as my experience as an artist to make them actionable by you. Through the process of experimentation you will learn more about yourself as a creative, and what works for you. You will find that some prompts work better for you than others, and I encourage you to add the prompts you find useful to your toolbelt so that you can use them whenever you find yourself feeling stuck in the creative process.
