In The Hand Of The Lord | Rev. Olu & Vicki David | Saturday Prayer Mountain Psm. 149:4 "For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation." Beloved we are created for His PLEASURE( Rev.4:11) and we are in a relationship with Him to please Him. Col 1:10 "OThat ye might WALK WORTHY of the LORD unto ALL PLEASING, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;" (1Thess.4:1) And when God is pleased with you, there's absolutely nothing He can't do to make you happy. He delights in the PROSPERITY of His Servant( Psm 35:27) David said, HE LIKED ME and CHOSE me to make me king (1Chrn 28:4) On 2 occasions, He arose to defend, to speak for Abraham His friend and saved Sarah his wife from violations and abuse of the kings not needing His permission. May the LORD arise and step in for you and yours in Jesus name No better Father, Friend, Helper and Defence like the LORD JESUS CHRIST. May you receive Grace to LOVE and SERVE your LORD this year as a son pleasing your Father. Pleasing the Father is the MAIN HIGHLIGHT of our Lord's life and Ministry Jn.8:29 "And he that sent me is WITH ME: the Father hath not left me alone; for I DO ALWAYS those things that PLEASE HIM . (2Pet.1:17) Pleasing the Father turns his EARS and HEART and HAND towards you and yours. 1Jn.3:22, Pleasing God delivers you from the snare and hands of strange women and from traps of the wicked. Pleasing the Father will reduce conflicts, heal relationships by turning enemies into Friends (Prov 16:7) May your WAYS, THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS and UTTERANCES be found pleasing unto Him this year in Jesus Mighty Name. Deliberately doing things not pleasing in His sight is settling down for a life of hardship, struggles and trouble Pleasing Him WITHOUT FAITH is absolutely impossible.(Heb.11:5) He is the HEAD over All, the OWNER and CREATOR of all and He is GREATER than all. POWER and MIGHT are in His HAND and it is in His hand to MAKE great. 1Chrn.29:12 "Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in THINE HAND is POWER and MIGHT; and in THINE HAND it is to MAKE GREAT, and to give strength unto all" May this be your year of ABSOLUTE TRUST in the LORD in Jesus Mighty Name..AMEN!
