Secret area in 3DS Rainbow Road [MKWii Custom Track]

I have not seen a video of this secret area on 3DS Rainbow Road (listed in CTGP-R as Rainbow Road: Solar Edition) before so I assume I found a new secret area in it. This video's sound has been replaced, as well as cropped and edited. Performed on a GCN (GameCube) Controller
