FISHING WITH A SUBSCRIBER | Hickory Log Creek Reservoir | FALL TURNOVER, NEARLY DONE!

The fall transition continues with a difficult bite. Some parts of the lake are showing some active fish already, while other parts the bite is tough and scarce. A 110 size jerkbait seems to be drawing some curious fish even in these tough conditions. The good news is since recording of this trip we have had some solid fall conditions which I believe have hopefully finally turned most of the lake over by this point. Once the bite picks up we should see some consistency for the next couple months!
