Top reviews from the United States The 5 star look of a designer quilt This is a very unique quilt. It has a high quality expensive look. The 'plastic' bag it came in had a sticker of $199.99 for the king size. On the product page, left hand side there are 3 pictures. Look at the 2nd picture and enlarge it to show the quilts 'Vermicelli Stitch'. To me it looks like puzzle pieces. I like this very much compared to a traditional patchwork quilt. This is an exciting, upbeat, cheerful quilt. Has the feel of a 100% cotton quilt. It is light weight for indoor air conditioning use and with a blanket beneath if great for indoor freezing temperature days. As another reviewer said, it isn't thick or bulky which is good when you are talking king size. You'll be able to give this a bath at home if you have one of those JUMBO sized washing machines. We 're not talking the size that was sold in the late 90's. It won't show dirt, won't wrinkle and you should be able to brush dog/cat hairs off of it with your hand. My adult son/age 45 was coming through the front door headed for the kitchen. And he stopped dead in his tracks and said "whoa . . . this is really N I C E." I gave his 17 year old husky son a choice of quilts to pick from and this is the one he chose. I bought him solid colored orange sheets [his favorite color] and was searching for a quilt to go with that and this was perfect. Take a look at the 3rd picture.
