Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Funky Kong Voice Clips

All of Funky Kong's voice clips from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, provided by Toshihide Tsuchiya and reused from Donkey Kong Barrel Blast, DK: Jungle Climber, Mario Kart Wii, and Mario Kart Tour. Along with Diddy, Pauline, and Peachette, Funky makes his big return in Wave 6 of the Booster Course Pass, to the joy of MKWii fans everywhere, and brings many of his bodacious voice lines from said game with him, now in high (albeit echoey) quality! Funky's tricks include flexing his muscles and pulling out his surfboard from the Switch version of Tropical Freeze, as shown in the video image, making him every bit as fun to play as as he was in Wii, and needless to say, a lot of players switched over to him online upon the BCP's conclusion in November 2023.
