Episode 77: Friday the 13th, Part 5: A New Beginning (1985)

After 4 movies with the lovable Jason (and his mother), the Friday the 13th franchise decided to go in a bold new direction and begin what would become a new trilogy of films. The result? This movie was so bad, and people were so disappointed, that the "new beginning" only lasted one movie. Jason returned in Part 6! So, while we don't necessarily recommend watching this movie, come join us as we discuss Friday the 13th, Part 5: A New Beginning (1985)!
