An Epic Day in Epic Universe Orlando Florida August 2025 Back in August, we made the trip to Orlando, Florida, to check out the brand-new Epic Universe. Staying at the Terra Luna Resort meant we could take advantage of early entry, and we were through the gates bright and early, ready to explore everything this incredible park had to offer. Epic Universe is built around a hub-and-spoke design, with a central Celestial Park that branches into four unique portals. Each portal draws you into a completely different world. We stepped into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, an unbelievably detailed land blending 1920s Paris with the iconic British Ministry. It was a highlight of the trip – completely immersive, full of hidden details, and it felt like stepping right into the films. From there, we headed into Super Nintendo World – a dream for gamers and kids at heart. Walking through the iconic green pipe, suddenly you’re surrounded by Mushroom Kingdom vibes, interactive games, and rides that put you right into the action. Definitely one of the top experiences of the day. The other portals didn’t disappoint either – from the How to Train Your Dragon land full of Viking adventure, to the Dark Universe, where classic monsters come alive, and the sweeping beauty of Celestial Park itself with its lush landscapes and attractions. Mid Afternoon, we took a quick break back at the resort before returning refreshed in the afternoon. We stayed all the way until close, which gave us the chance to experience the park at night – and wow, it completely transforms after dark. The atmosphere, the lighting, the rides at night – it’s a whole new experience. There was so much we didn’t get a chance to do in just one day, but that only means one thing – we’ll be back. In fact, our next trip is already planned for February, and we can’t wait to dive even deeper into everything Epic Universe has to offer.
