Besties Modern Home I Sims 4 CC Speed Build

Hello everyone!! I was so excited to build this one since I've just gone CC shopping and did a refresh on all my CC! I was inspired by the little plot of land in Brindleton Bay where the cat lady lives (love her btw) but thought this would be a good spot for this build. I imagine that the besties living in this home are both part of the fashion or social media career and have decided to platonically adopt a dog or 2! I don't show the build of it but there is a fenced off dog area for the doggos to practice their jumps! I hope you enjoy this build as much as I enjoyed building it!
