In this video, we start with a simple jazz voicing for the left hand on free-bass accordion. First, I show you a basic shell voicing: root, 3rd, and 7th — the key notes you really need. Then, we practice it around the cycle of fifths, so you can get comfortable with it in every key. After that, we practice inversions of major, minor, and dominant 7 chords — to build strong left-hand shapes.
