I think that education does help with social mobility, but there are so many other factors to consider. For example, having a support system, connections, and marketable skills. These have increased the number of opportunities for me. My life would look a lot different if I had given up long ago. We have also considered living in Luxembourg, but the barrier of entry to the jobs we wanted were too high. I wanted to give us the best chance of success, so here we are today. I learned that not everyone was aware of the ISEE exam.
