Invest 94W Very Likely To Become The Precursor Of The Upcoming Bay of Bengal System - Update 1

Hello everyone and Welcome to "Weather Forecast For India" YouTube Channel. This is the update 1 on Invest 94W, which is going to be the precursor of the upcoming Bay of Bengal system. Invest 94W has formed yesterday night in the South China Sea. We are currently marking this system as a Cyclonic Circulation. By our preliminary analysis, it will further intensify into a low pressure area by tomorrow in the same place. Numerical models predicting that it will travel through Gulf of Thailand and will re-emerge in the Andaman Sea by 1st December with further Intensification into a Depression. After moving into the Bay of Bengal, it might be redesignated as 94B. By 2nd December it is likely to further gather it's strength to a Cyclonic Storm. But we are not expecting a more higher intensity than Cyclonic Storm Status. It might maintain its wind speed around 90 to 100 Km/h, gusting upto 110 Km/h. But there is so much doubts about its track. Some models think that It will first move in West-Northwestwards direction and then it might recurve in the Northeast direction, mainly towards Odisha and West Bengal, but ECMWF model dictates it's track towards Machlipatnam in Andhra Pradesh. Because of that, we aren't providing any tracks right now. This system can deliver huge amounts of rainfall throughout the east coast of India and some parts of Bangladesh also. We will also be issuing alerts on this system very soon, but preliminarily we can say, anywhere and anyone in the Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal and Bangladesh, please keep an eye on this interesting system.
