There Drake will notice that he's seen something like this before--tap "select" to consult his journal, which sure enough, contains some information about what to do…but who needs a journal when you've got us, right? So here's the deal: the statue has six arms in total, but only the upper-four are movable. You'll have to maneuver each into the same position as shown in the picture inside Drake's journal. However, the mid-right arm is already in the correct position (so don't touch it!), leaving just three left. Begin your trek via a partially broken column on the right side of the room. Leap from the top of it to a pole along the wall. From here, you can sidle along either direction to each of the arms. Let's head left for now, which leads to the right arm. Sidle left along the ledge to a broken section of walkway, then leap to another right by the statue. Now ignore the arm to the left--remember, it's already in position. Instead, climb up some bricks on the right up to some ledges you can grip above--follow them left, then drop to the platform adjacent to the top-right hand. Interact with it to knock it into position.
