Roll out the prepared pizza dough into a large circle or rectangular shape. The shape doesn’t have to be perfect; however, keep it around ½ an inch thickness. Brush the melted butter over the dough evenly. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture liberally over the pizza dough. Slice the dough into long strips or cut the strips in half for smaller strips. Fold each individual strip in half pinching the open ends together. Take each end and twist. Place onto the baking sheet and into a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them! For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until well combined. Add more milk for a runnier consistency. Drizzle over the tops of the cinnamon sticks or dunk. Enjoy!
