10 Min Stretch & Meditation Before Bed | Relax and Unwind Anytime For A Reset!

Enjoy this 10 min deep sleep stretch & meditation to restore, relax and calm your body and mind. With busy lifestyle and keeping healthy it's super important that you get good quality sleep. You need to get around 7 hours to 9 hours of deep sleep per night to be at your best (most people do anyway!) If you push through all the time with caffeine and stimulants this will eventually tip your over the edge and you will feel lethargic and drained, not to mention greatly affect the quality of your sleep. You can do this any part of the day aswell whenever you need to restore for a few minutes. I have found it very hard to sleep all the way through the night when I had 'adrenal fatigue' and in the recent couple of years after having my first bub Lincoln, where my body clock is literally up at 2 or 3am whether he gets up or not now! So when I can't sleep I put on meditation, or if I'm really awake I will have light snack (like toast or cereal) and even do this routine to help bring down my energy again. I've pieced together some gentle yoga, stretches and relaxation poses here to help bring your energy down, reduce stress and relax so you can get a good night's sleep. Try this routine late at night, say 30 minutes or so before bed and I really hope it helps you. Please let me know how you go with this, and remember to breathe deeply and be present during the routine.
