Small business owner Angela has a message for Dr. Barbara Ferrer, director of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health: "Have a heart!" Dr. Ferrer (not a medical doctor, by the way -- her PhD = "social welfare"!) recently ordered a shut down of outdoor dining in Los Angeles county as part of new lockdown measures to combat the novel coronavirus, prompting a residential anti-lockdown protest with dozens of demonstrators outside of Ferrer’s home in Echo Park, CA, on Nov 29, 2020.
