Uncle Roger Pissed Off Cambodia (& he's wrong)

Recently, Uncle Roger mentioned in one of his videos that Cambodian food isn't good. Don't mess with Cambodia. A lot of people came out to support Khmer cuisine - me included. I'm here to say that Cambodian food isn't "shit Thai food". It's delicious, and as evidence I have 5 dishes that Uncle Roger probably hasn't tried. These are some of my favorite Cambodian dishes.
