In this episode: In the heart of Gotham’s darkness, Batman faces a dual threat: Scarecrow’s fear toxin and the enigmatic Arkham Knight. Oracle—Barbara Gordon—becomes a tragic victim, her mind twisted by the toxin. Batman discovers her in Scarecrow’s lair, witnessing the unthinkable as she takes her own life. Meanwhile, ever chaotic, Harley Quinn seizes control of Batman’s makeshift base within the eerie Panessa film studio. Patients, transformed into grotesque Joker-like figures, are her targets. Batman and Robin unite to capture Harley and the infected, but despair strikes anew. One patient, convinced that Batman will inevitably become the perfect “Joker,” kills the others before ending their own life. Robin, grappling with the situation, realizes that Batman himself is infected. In a desperate attempt to protect his mentor, Robin seeks to imprison Batman—but fate twists and Robin finds himself locked away. Fear, tragedy, and unexpected alliances collide, leaving Gotham’s fate in balance.
