The best show of the HIStory Tour, and also my favorite 1997 Scream performance (alongside Lyon) INFO: Michael Jackson performing Scream and They Don’t Care About Us during his show in Cologne, Germany at the Müngersdorfer Stadion, on June 3rd, 1997 as part of the HIStory World Tour. THOUGHTS: This is my favorite HIStory Tour show. It has the best hairstyle, makeup, vocals, dancing, instrumentation and setlist of the tour.
