New details are emerging in the mysterious death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner, who was found dead on a cruise ship. Court documents say Kepner's 16-year-old stepbrother is a suspect in the FBI investigation. Inside Edition spoke with Kepner's best friend, Genovisia Guerrero about the stunning development. Kepner was on the Carnival cruise ship with her father, stepmother, Shauntel, and two of the stepmother's children from a previous marriage. A criminal case may be initiated, authorities say.
