Monday evening tropical update: Two waves need to be watched in Atlantic

Chief Meteorologist Chris Franklin has the outlook across the tropics and potential development. There are two tropical waves in the Atlantic that are making their way west and could enter the Caribbean. People along the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic coast of the U.S. need to keep an eye out.
