Team Fortress 2 PS3 - Longer Than 15 Minute Uploads

9/29/11 EDIT: I regained the ability to upload longer than 15 minutes again. 8/31/11 EDIT: I seem to have lost my ability to upload longer videos anymore. I don't know why. I never had any copyrights against me and followed the guidelines. I'm back down to 15 minute limit. I'm certainly not pleased with that, as I was given no reason for losing that privilege. When I was given the privilege, I decided to record a video of me playing TF2 for about 25 minutes, just kinda dinking around to see if it really was true. And since it uploaded, I was able to post longer videos. But now, I can't anymore.
