IMPD investigating after man killed on Indy's east side

IMPD is investigating a deadly shooting Saturday afternoon on the east side of Indianapolis. According to IMPD, around 3 p.m. on Feb. 21, officers were called to the 1400 block of North Webster Avenue, which is near East 16th Street and North Arlington Avenue, on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
